Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipment Processing Time

  • All local (Singapore) orders are processed within 48 hours.
  • No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during festive seasons.
  • If your order has not arrived within 7 business days from the order submitted date, please contact us at support@banleehuatseed.com
  • Larger International orders will require the purchase of Phytosanitary Certification Application in order to ensure export/import conditions are met.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • Sing Post – Normal Postage / SmartPac
  • Qexpress 
  • UParcel – Local Courier Only
  • EMS / FedEx /DHL – International


Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that orders using Normal Postage will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and location. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. You need not have to continue if you decide not to place your order.

International Shipping

  • In purchasing, international buyers agree to accept the risk of arrival. We cannot replace lost or seized items.
  • We may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we need time to apply for phytosanitary certificate and to verify your payment before processing your order.
  • Seeds are subject to greater scrutiny than other items when it comes to customs. The laws of each country are different.


By placing order with us, you agree that:

You (the purchaser and importer) guarantee that the material being purchased is not on a restricted list within your country. Check with your Ministry of Agriculture or Customs Departments. Import rules are changing regularly and we cannot possibly keep track of all of them. So check your country’s import regulations before placing your order with us.


You are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes or fines. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. We shall not be held responsible for these fees.
You have obtained all necessary documentation to allow entry into your country. You shall pay for the costs of the phytosanitary certificate or any other laboratory testing fees required.


You take the responsibility of entering a valid international postal shipping address. No P.O. Boxes. You shall assume risk of delay, non-delivery and loss if entered an incorrect shipping address.


All international orders must be paid in advance. Credit cards are preferred and we can accept visa. Please contact us for other payment arrangements.
